FULL JOB DESCRIPTION 

Job Title: Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 11–32 per week

JOB OVERVIEW 

De-Mondek Home Care is looking for caring and dependable Caregivers to help clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. You will assist with daily personal needs and provide companionship that supports health and well-being.

Key Duties

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily living activities
  • Provide medication reminders and observe overall well-being
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping to keep a clean, safe home
  • Offer companionship, conversation, and support throughout the day
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving or related experience preferred
  • Ability to assist with physical care and household tasks
  • CPR/first aid knowledge a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable nature
